We are located in Clifton Hill, Victoria - North of Melbourne CBD. Pickup hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Australia Post Delivery 'Authority to Leave'

If you are not at home, Australia Post will leave a card to let you know they have tried to deliver and you will need to collect your parcel from the nearest post office. If you would like Australia Post to leave your parcel in a safe place, please advise us in the delivery instructions at checkout. Please note that Australia Post will not redeliver if you are not at home for the first delivery.

You can give us an authority to leave (ATL). If you would like Australia Post to leave the parcel if you're not home, please put clear instructions of where to leave your parcel in the 'Delivery Instructions' box at checkout.

Please note that if you give an authority to leave (ATL), we cannot be responsible for any parcels left this way.

 

Please note Australia Post do not deliver Parcels to PO Boxes

 

Express Post Service

We can also offer Express Post Satchels for urgent deliveries. These are charged at +$5.95 per order, and are available for items up to 5kgs.

What to do if your parcel hasn’t arrived?

 We want you to receive your order as soon as possible. Using our delivery partners we find most parcels arrive on time or quicker than expected. In the unlikely event your parcel is delayed please check with our providers as detailed below, and then contact us if we can be of assistance.

·       Check with your local post office to see if they have received the parcel (sometimes the cards can go astray)

·       Please contact us if you still have not received your parcel within a reasonable timeframe
